Pastor Douglas Spainhower has faithfully served for over 40 years. Born into a minister's family, he started his journey of developing a relationship with God at a young age. Along the way his path has been full of ups, downs, twists, turns, success and failures but his focus has always been to learn more. He believes we learn of God and ourselves through our relationships with others. He has had the opportunity to learn of God through his marriage to his wife Renate, and as father of his three children, Makayla, Chancellor, and Christian. Each of these relationships brought new insight into how God sees and loves us and how we are to see and love others. He has also had the opportunity to learn of God while working as an Engineer, manager, business owner, college instructor and a mission team leader on short term mission trips. He believes these multicultural experiences provide visibility to an even greater understanding of God's wonderous mercy and love for us all.
