Mens Ministry
- The mission of the Men’s team at Bethesda House of Mercy is to help every man succeed by developing
solid biblical principles. The first and most important is to learn how to Love God with all your heart,
mind, and soul and to love your neighbor as yourself (Matthew 22:36-38). Once that foundation has
been laid (1 Corinthians 3:10), we will build upon that by the following:
Develop scripture memorization (2 nd Timothy 2:15)
Prayer and quiet times with the Lord (Joshua 1:8)
Teaching each man their biblical role when it comes to marriage and children. (Ephesians 5:25 &
Ephesians 6:4)
Developing skills when dealing with money and work. (Proverbs 22:7 &Colossians 3:23-24)
Building relationships with Godly Men who will help keep you pure and ready. (1Corrinthians 10:13)
Building character, learning how to face hard times (1 Timothy 3:1-12 & Titus1:6-9)
Through this, we will learn how to make our lives count through sharing Christ and developing disciples
who make disciples.
